Oba Femi is a Nigerian professional wrestler signed to WWE. Born Isaac Odugbesan in Lagos, Nigeria, he joined WWE after competing as a collegiate track and field athlete and participating in WWE's Next In Line program. Known as The Ruler, Femi became the youngest NXT North American Champion in history and set a record with his 272-day reign. His career achievements also include winning the NXT Championship, the 2024 Men's Iron Survivor Challenge and the NXT Men's Breakout Tournament.
