Austin Theory picked the wrong time to get involved in Oba Femi and Bron Breakker’s business. During the August 24, 2026 episode of WWE RAW, Theory ended up getting driven straight through a table as chaos broke out during the contract signing for Femi and Breakker’s match at Sunday Night’s Main Event.
RAW General Manager Adam Pearce was in the ring alongside Paul Heyman to oversee the signing. Heyman introduced Breakker after Femi entered, and things quickly got personal once both men started talking about who really represents WWE’s future.
Breakker argued that Femi only landed in his current position because Breakker got injured, claiming WWE had been his before he was forced to the sidelines. Femi fired back by telling Breakker that his chances of becoming WWE’s face had dropped now that Femi was around.
Breakker eventually signed the contract, but he wasn’t interested in keeping things peaceful. He took a cheap shot at Femi, sparking a brawl as members of The Vision jumped into the fight. Breakker tried to line Femi up for a Spear, but Femi fought him off and sent him out of the ring.
That’s when Austin Theory paid the price. Femi grabbed Theory and sent him crashing straight through the table in the middle of the ring, leaving Theory laid out as the contract-signing setup was destroyed. With the damage done, Femi then put pen to paper himself and officially signed the contract.
The scene gave Femi the last word physically heading into Sunday Night’s Main Event, while Theory became collateral damage in a rivalry that was supposed to be about Breakker and Femi.
