Rusev is a Bulgarian-American professional wrestler signed to WWE, where he competes on Monday Night Raw. Born Miroslav Petrov Barnyashev, he returned to WWE on the Raw after WrestleMania 41 following nearly five years away from the company. Rusev is a former WWE United States Champion and previously competed in All Elite Wrestling under the name Miro, where he held the AEW TNT Championship. Known as The Bulgarian Brute, he is recognized for his power-based offense and signature Accolade submission hold.
