Ric Flair has spent decades bragging about getting drunk, chasing women, and blowing thousands of dollars on booze. Now he’s 77 years old, dealing with a serious blood clot, and just landed in the hospital after busting up his face outside a Florida bar. But the Nature Boy apparently isn’t slowing down, and more people around Tampa are speaking up about his nights out.

Following Flair’s October 23, 2026 fall, another Tampa-area reader contacted Ringside News with details about his behavior at The Pearl, a restaurant and bar that Flair allegedly visits regularly. According to the reader, Flair has a habit of making comments toward women, and sometimes the men around them aren’t too happy about it.

The reader claims men have stepped in over Flair’s behavior, but his security usually manages to calm everyone down before things get worse. The source also questioned why Flair hasn’t been kicked out of the establishment, especially considering how often he allegedly goes there. According to the reader, Flair lives close by and is a familiar face at the bar.

And there’s already video of Flair getting pretty personal with a woman during a night out. Back in September 2026, footage surfaced of Flair singing Happy Birthday to a woman at a bar. Except he didn’t stick to the usual lyrics. Instead, Flair turned the birthday song into a sexual proposition, suggesting that he and the woman should agree to have sex before the night was over.

“Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you.. Before the evening is over, may you and I mutually agree that I make love to you, Happy Birthday.”

The woman laughed, people around her cracked up, and Flair finished with his trademark WOOOOO. At the time, it looked like another outrageous Ric Flair moment, but the latest account suggests his interactions with women at the establishment don’t always get the same reaction.

And that brings us to what happened just days ago. Another Ringside News reader who says they were present before Flair’s October 23 accident claims the wrestling legend approached a woman, tapped her on the forehead, and made a comment about her appearance.

“No more Botox for you.”

The reader claims that exchange happened shortly before Flair went outside and suffered the fall that left him bleeding from his head and dealing with a badly injured eye. It’s unclear what happened between the alleged interaction and the accident. Flair was rushed to Tampa General Hospital, where he remained overnight before being released on October 24. The situation was already concerning because he had recently revealed that he was dealing with a blood clot in his leg, which forced him to cancel an autograph appearance in Seattle.

But spending a night in the hospital apparently wasn’t enough to keep Flair away from his regular hangout. As Ringside News previously covered, Flair had been drinking at an establishment near his Florida home before stepping outside and falling. He had apparently left his phone behind and wasn’t planning to leave for the night when the accident happened.

Despite the head injury and overnight hospital stay, Flair was back at the same establishment on the evening of October 24, the very day he was released. That’s a pretty quick return for somebody who just spent the night getting treated for a bloody fall.

Ric Flair's Drinking and Wild Behavior at Florida Bars Raises Questions After Bloody Fall

And drinking has never exactly been something Flair tries to hide. During a February 5, 2026 virtual signing with K&S WrestleFest, Flair casually admitted that he and his crew regularly rack up $2,000 bar bills after signing appearances. He wasn’t complaining about the cost, either. He was bragging about it.

“You know, when Ryan and I get done with these things, you know what we do? We have a $2000 bar bill. One night I split it. Next day, 2000.”

When one of the hosts jokingly asked whether that was simply the cost of doing business, Flair didn’t hesitated, saying, “It is.” And if $2,000 sounds crazy, Flair has admitted spending more than ten times that amount on one partying weekend.

During a conversation with Roman Sharf, Flair recalled running up a $23,000 bar bill during a Crockett Cup weekend at the Baltimore Harbor Marriott. According to Flair, the party lasted nearly three days, with people coming and going from his private hotel suite. Flair even admitted handing the hotel manager another $2,000 just to reopen the bar after closing time so the drinks would keep coming.

“And I’ll tell you, this never happens. When the bar closed down, I gave the manager two grand to open the bar back up to bring booze up to the suite. You know what I mean?”

By the time Flair finally checked out, the bill was so ridiculous that he joked about his credit card practically bouncing off the counter.

“So, when I went downstairs to check out, this is after almost three days, right? I put my credit card down on the thing and it literally bounced to 10 feet.”

For years, those stories were part of Flair’s appeal. The expensive drinks, women, wild parties, and ridiculous spending helped make the Nature Boy one of wrestling’s most recognizable personalities.

But not every night out has ended with a funny story. In May 2024, Flair was asked to leave Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza in Gainesville, Florida after getting into a dispute involving the kitchen manager. Flair was furious, taking to social media to complain that he’d spent $1,500 at the restaurant and taken pictures with customers and employees before being told to leave.

“I Spent $1500 At @PiesanosSFP To Be Disrespected More Than I Ever Have In My Entire Life. After Taking 20 Pictures With Customers And Staff, I Was Asked To Leave Because Of An Issue I Had With The Kitchen Manager Taking Too Long In The Bathroom.”

Then, in June 2025, an anonymous person on Reddit’s Tampa community made some embarrassing claims about Flair’s drinking habits. The person accused him of repeatedly getting so drunk at local bars and restaurants that he soiled himself, and claimed he’d been thrown out of multiple establishments around Tampa’s Water Street area. The post was eventually deleted, and the accusations came from an anonymous account. Still, it wasn’t the last time people in the area would complain about Flair’s behavior.

Now, more than a year later, Flair is recovering from another frightening incident, and Ringside News is hearing from Florida readers about more alleged encounters involving the wrestling legend. There’s also a much bigger issue than whether Flair spends too much money drinking or makes inappropriate comments toward women. His health.

Flair nearly died in 2017 following a major medical emergency that required extensive treatment. He’s dealt with additional health scares since then, and now he’s facing a blood clot serious enough that doctors restricted his travel. Add a recent head injury and a trip to the hospital, and his continued nightlife becomes a lot harder to brush off.

Following the fall, Flair shared a photo of his injured face and thanked the doctors and nurses who treated him at Tampa General Hospital. He assured fans that he was focused on healing and getting stronger. His daughter, Charlotte Flair, also reassured fans that her father was going to be okay.

There’s no established medical finding that drinking caused Flair’s latest fall, and his public behavior alone isn’t enough to diagnose an alcohol problem. But Flair has never been shy about his drinking, and the combination of his own stories, previous restaurant incidents, and new accounts from Tampa locals is putting his nightlife back under the microscope.

Ric Flair spent his prime bragging about how much he could drink, how much money he could waste, and how many women he could chase. Decades later, he’s still going to bars, still drawing complaints, and now recovering from a bloody fall that sent him to the hospital. The Nature Boy has always lived like the party was never going to end, but at 77, with a blood clot and another hospital visit behind him, the consequences of that lifestyle are getting harder to ignore.
