Ric Flair’s bloody fall outside a Florida bar just got another strange detail. A Ringside News reader who says they were at the establishment when the WWE Hall of Famer suffered his injuries claims Flair made a remark about a woman’s Botox shortly before the accident.

The reader contacted Ringside News with an eyewitness account of what allegedly happened before Flair fell on October 23, 2026. According to the reader, Flair got up, tapped a woman on the forehead, and made a comment about her appearance.

“No more Botox for you.”

The reader claims the exchange happened before Flair’s fall, which left the 77-year-old with injuries to his head and eye. It’s unclear whether the woman responded or what happened immediately after the remark.

Flair’s accident has already drawn plenty of attention. During the October 25 edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer explained that Flair had been drinking at a bar near his Florida home before stepping outside and falling.

“And he went there, and I’m not sure exactly what happened. Like, he’d left his phone, so he wasn’t leaving, but he went to go across the street and fell down and hit his head, messed up his eye really bad.”

Flair was taken to Tampa General Hospital after the fall and remained there overnight. He was released on October 24, but Meltzer claimed Flair returned to the same bar that evening.

“You know, was hospitalized. He’s out of the hospital. He’s okay. He’s at the same place that he was yesterday morning, tonight. So there you go. You know, it’s not even keeping him home.”

The situation is particularly concerning because Flair is already dealing with a blood clot in his leg, which recently forced him to cancel an autograph appearance in Seattle. Flair addressed his hospitalization on October 24, sharing a photo of his injured face and thanking the medical staff who treated him.

“Thank You All For The Messages And Prayers! I Will Get Back To You Each Individually As I Get Stronger. Thank You To All The Tampa General Hospital Staff And Doctors That Put Up With Me Until 4:30am. I Appreciate You All And Thank You For Everything You Did For Me! I Am Focused On My Healing And Recovery Right Now. I Will Be Okay!”

His daughter, Charlotte Flair, also reassured fans that her father would be okay, revealing that he was already joking with doctors about an old wrestling incident involving the Ultimate Warrior. Now, the alleged Botox exchange adds another bizarre moment to the events surrounding Flair’s hospitalization.
