Sasha Banks is widely considered one of the greatest female professional wrestlers of all time, and her exceptional skills are the reason why. She made headlines last year when she abruptly left WWE RAW, leading to widespread speculation and rumors. Eventually, Banks made her way to NJPW under the name Mercedes Mone, further solidifying her legacy in the world of professional wrestling. That being said, it seems she doesn’t rule out making a WWE return.

Sasha Banks made a splash in NJPW when she made her debut at Wrestle Kingdom 17 as the charismatic “The CEO” Mercedes Mone. She stepped onto the stage after KAIRI successfully defended her title against Tam Nakano. The fans were overjoyed to see Banks/Mercedes in action and eagerly cheered her on, rooting for her success in NJPW.

In fact, Mercedes Mone finally challenged KAIRI for the IWGP Women’s Championship at NJPW Battle At The Valley. She ended up winning the match as well and became the new champion. She even had an old friend from WWE there to help hype the crowd.

While speaking  with Marc Raimondi of ESPN, Mercedes Mone made it clear that she does not rule out making a return to WWE in the future.

I guess people like to say ‘never say never.’ You never know in life. I never knew life would take me here, but I always follow my heart so wherever my heart takes me is where I’m going to go.”

The likes of Bayley and CM Punk were present for the show to see Mercedes Mone as well. We’ll have to wait and see if she will return to WWE in the future. In the meantime, keep checking back with Ringside News for more.
