Erick Redbeard just made a huge entrance into TNA, and he picked his side immediately. Redbeard debuted during the Falls Count Anywhere Match at TNA Bound For Glory on October 11, 2026, blindsiding The Hardys and helping syX score the win in one of the most violent matches of the night.
Matt and Jeff Hardy spent most of the match doing exactly what fans expect from them in this kind of fight. Sawyer and Samuel Shaw tried to jump them early, but The Hardys quickly turned things around and started using chairs before the fight spilled over the barricade, through the crowd and into the concourse.
Shaw got slammed into the merchandise table before Jeff Hardy slid down a railing with a clothesline to Sawyer. The violence kept escalating when Matt and Jeff set up tables underneath a balcony and Jeff came crashing down with a Swanton Bomb through Shaw and the tables below.
The match eventually worked its way back toward the entrance area, where The Hardys pulled out ladders and even more tables. Matt and Jeff positioned Sawyer and Shaw for another huge spot and looked ready to finish them off.
That’s when everything changed. Erick Redbeard suddenly appeared and attacked The Hardys, putting both Matt and Jeff through tables and completely swinging the match in syX’s favor. Redbeard’s involvement made it clear this wasn’t just some random debut either — he was there to help Sawyer and Shaw.
syX dragged the battered Hardys back toward the ring, where they finished Jeff off with a combination suplex and powerbomb before Sawyer powerbombed Shaw onto both Hardys for the pinfall.
The result gave syX a massive victory, but the bigger story was standing outside the match. Erick Redbeard has arrived in TNA, and his first act was helping syX take down one of the most decorated tag teams in wrestling history.
Redbeard didn’t need a long introduction or a speech to make his intentions clear. He showed up, destroyed The Hardys and handed syX the opening they needed to win. That sure looks like a new alliance, and it could make Sawyer and Shaw a much bigger problem moving forward.
