WWE discovered a positive test for the novel coronavirus and now they will have to test the entire roster. This will also cause them to push back their next set of television tapings as Ringside News was first to exclusively report.

The company did not allow fans to wear masks in the building. On top of that, they were made to sign waivers which removed any liability from WWE if COVID-19 was contracted. Those fans didn’t realize there was a positive coronavirus result around. WWE superstars found out with everyone else.

Wrestle Talk reports that some WWE Superstars are considering asking for a long vacation. Roman Reigns and Sami Zayn did it, so they are thinking about joining them in that request.

Some of the roster that we’ve spoken to are becoming increasingly frustrated with the lack of communication from WWE during the pandemic, and some are considering asking for time off as we’ve seen with Roman Reigns and Sami Zayn.

We’ll have to see if WWE starts granting those leaves of absence. The COVID-19 pandemic is still a very real concern. It might not be taking every headline like it did in April, but a positive coronavirus test certainly shook WWE to its core.
