Marty Scurll decided to re-sign with ROH instead of seeing what is out there for him elsewhere. This new contract came with huge raise and a spot on their booking team in a top role. Still, AEW fans might get to see The Villain on Dynamite.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that AEW wanted Scurll as the leader of the Dark Order. They even had plans for him to debut. This obviously didn’t happen, but the wording in his new ROH contract might allow him to work for AEW. The details are a bit cloudy at the moment.

We were told it may not exclude him from AEW although others have said the deal will only exclude AEW and WWE.

We do know what Marty Scurll won’t be going to WWE. Vince McMahon’s Company wouldn’t want to use Scurll anyway unless he was exclusively with them.

Let’s just see if Scurll ends up paying AEW Dynamite a visit if his contract will allow it. He currently seems to be busy chasing Nick Aldis’ NWA World Heavyweight Championship.
