Paige walked away from SmackDown with more than just another successful appearance — she left busted open and needing stitches.
After the show went off the air, the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion took to social media and revealed the damage from the chaotic segment, posting photos showing blood running down her face along with images of the wound being stitched up backstage. Paige even mixed some humor into the situation while referencing Lina Fanene in her post.

The injury came during a wild confrontation involving multiple teams from WWE’s women’s division. Earlier in the show, Paige and Brie Bella addressed criticism about their return before things completely unraveled once Fatal Influence interrupted them and tensions escalated further with Lash Legend and Nia Jax entering the mix.
Despite getting busted open badly enough to require stitches, Paige still finished the segment before revealing the aftermath online later in the night.
The photos made it clear this wasn’t just a minor scrape either. The cut split open across her scalp and required immediate treatment backstage after the segment ended. Even with the injury, Paige appeared to be in good spirits afterward, leaning into the chaos rather than trying to hide it.
