All Elite Wrestling had meeting with Ring Of Honor and New Japan Pro Wrestling on the day after Wrestle Kingdom 13. During the meeting, it was determined that AEW isn’t going to be working either promotion. However, they might have another good option.

We previously reported how AEW has lot of tools to be real competition to everyone and Impact Wrestling is now throwing their hat in the ring to help out if needed.

During a recent Q&A, Impact Wrestling President Ed Nordholm explained Impact’s stance on working with The Elite. It sounds like they’re totally open to it.

“It’s a world in which we would welcome an opportunity to work with Ring of Honor. It’s a world in which we would welcome an opportunity working with New Japan. It’s a world in which we welcome working with AEW, if they actually get up and running. We have interest in them. I don’t think we have any bias against any of that happening.”

You never know if Impact Wrestling might get a call from AEW sometime. All Elite Wrestling has a couple of interesting offers on the table now. We will have to wait and see what happens next, but this could be interesting.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
