Sky Daily has heard the Scientology rumors for years, and she’s officially had enough. Hulk Hogan’s widow took to Instagram to shut the whole thing down, insisting she hasn’t been a Scientologist for nearly two decades and explaining where she believes the accusations actually came from.

Daily started by acknowledging that Scientology was part of her childhood. She said she was born into it, but eventually followed the Christian faith of her grandparents and has raised her own children that way ever since.

“I’m not a Scientologist. I’ve been a Christian for almost 20 years. I was born into Scientology, and then I grew up and leaned into my grandparents’ faith, and that’s how I raised my kids since they were born.”

According to Daily, there’s a much uglier story behind why the Scientology label continued following her. She claims a man she describes as her stalker began harassing her years before she even met Hogan and repeatedly tried to get her to appear on his anti-Scientology show.

“This lie started from my stalker, who stalked me for years, even before I met Terry. He incessantly called me and texted me on social media. He has an anti-Scientology website and would corner me and be like, ‘I know you’re not a Scientologist, and I gotta get you to talk on my show.’ Married with children, but he said, ‘You gotta meet me for a drink.’”

Daily claims things eventually got serious enough that she had to install cameras around her home. She also alleged that the man said he was outside her house, headbutted one of her previous boyfriends and admitted to police that he had been following her around with a camera.

“I blocked him from everything. He said he was outside my house. I had to put cameras in. He headbutted a previous boyfriend of mine. I have all the receipts of all this, but it’s also on cop cam because he admitted to cops that he was following me around with a camera and stalking me.”

And then Daily married Hulk Hogan, which she believes gave the whole thing a much bigger platform. She claims the story eventually became that she was secretly involved with Scientology and wanted to get Hogan’s money into the church.

“So anyone who keeps perpetuating this keeps helping my stalker harm and harass me. And imagine his delight when I married Hogan. He’s like, ‘Awesome, I get to harass her in a whole new way. I will make videos saying she’s a secret Scientologist and trying to get his money and give it to the church.’”

Daily also addressed one of the things apparently being used to keep the speculation alive — her son’s education. She acknowledged using a school that incorporates “study technology,” but said the reason had nothing to do with her secretly practicing Scientology.

“I don’t even give my own money to the church because I’m not a Scientologist. My son wanted to go to electrician school and drop out of high school, so I signed him up for an online class so he can do dual enrollment. It teaches normal stuff like biology, math, and it uses study technology. It has nothing to do with anything with Scientology.”

She explained that she knew about the school precisely because Scientology had once been part of her life. Daily said she was simply trying to make sure her son could earn his high school credits and eventually attend electrician school.

“And I know about this school because I used to be a Scientologist, and I’m just trying to get my kid his credits so he can graduate and go to electrician school. I don’t teach for them, but I had to be a homeschool teacher to get my kid through his high school credits.”

After dealing with the accusations for years, Daily admitted the whole thing has worn on her. She believes what started as a lie has now wandered deep into conspiracy territory and affected far more than just her.

“I’ve just been dragged for years over this lie, and I know I’m venting about it, but it’s taken wings and gone to conspiracy land, etc., and it’s affected a lot of people’s lives. And it diluted Terry’s Christian message that was so important to him.”

After getting everything off her chest, Daily ended the lengthy response without another angry shot. Instead, she said she plans to keep treating people with kindness rather than letting everything she’s dealt with change her.

“I don’t know what else to say. I will continue to be kind to people and not let this harden me, and I’m just gonna say — God bless.”

Daily basically put everything on the table this time — her childhood connection to Scientology, why her son’s schooling has been brought into the conversation, the allegations involving the man she describes as her stalker and why marrying Hogan only made the rumors louder. After years of hearing the same story about herself, she clearly wanted her own version out there in full.
