WWE is taking Crown Jewel back to Saudi Arabia. After holding last year’s show in Australia, the event is returning to the Kingdom this November—with WWE already considering its biggest matches.
According to PWInsider, WWE will return to Saudi Arabia for Crown Jewel in November this year. The current plan is to once again have the company’s top champions face each other, just like they’ve done in the past.
That obviously clears up months of uncertainty surrounding the event. Earlier this year, WrestleVotes said Crown Jewel remained on WWE’s live event calendar, but noted that the company was watching the situation in the Middle East before moving forward.
“Are we still expecting Crown Jewel this year? Yes. Obviously, that is with eyes on the real world, making sure that area is safe, things like that. It is still on the live event calendar.”
There was good reason for the uncertainty. WWE officials had discussed the status of the company’s remaining Saudi events earlier this year amid tensions in the region. Crown Jewel also broke from tradition in 2025 when WWE took the show to Perth, Australia. That left the location of this year’s event open to speculation, but WWE apparently isn’t planning another international detour.
The champion-vs.-champion element is another familiar piece coming back. WWE has previously used Crown Jewel to pit its top men’s and women’s champions against each other, and that is once again the working plan for November.
WWE already held the Royal Rumble in Riyadh in January, while WrestleMania 43 is scheduled for the city next year. Crown Jewel now looks set to fill the gap between those two massive Saudi shows. Australia got Crown Jewel last year. Saudi Arabia is getting it back this November—and the company’s top champions could be waiting for each other when it arrives.
