The May 19 episode of WWE NXT is shaping up to be a great show as the company is building towards their Premium Live Event, Battleground. So, the company has booked solid matches to keep fans engaged throughout the night.

Tony D’Angelo & Myles Borne vs. Mason Rook & Kam Hendrix

NXT Champion Tony D’Angelo will team up with NXT North American Champion Myles Borne for a major tag team match against Mason Rook and Kam Hendrix. With both champions involved, this bout could easily shape the next direction for multiple title pictures on the brand.

Tristan Angels Debuts

Tristan Angels will finally compete inside an NXT ring tonight, and all eyes will be on how WWE presents him in his first match. After his confrontations with Myles Borne and Shiloh Hill last week, Angels definitely has a lot to prove to the NXT Universe.

NXT Women’s North American Championship: Tatum Paxley (c) vs. Lizzy Rain

Tatum Paxley puts the NXT Women’s North American Championship on the line against Lizzy Rain in what could be one of the more interesting title matches of the night. The two teamed up last week to defeat Nikkita Lyons and Zaria, but that’s all in the past, so it remains to be seen who’ll walk out as the champion in the end.

Other Matches

Tate Wilder will duke it out with Keanu Carver. Finally, the NXT Tag Team Championships will also be defended as Vanity Project’s Brad Baylor and Ricky Smokes put their titles on the line against DarkState’s Dion Lennox and Saquon Shugars.
