PAC wrestled Andrade at AEW All Out Saturday night. By Sunday afternoon, the 40-year-old was dead — and new 911 audio is offering a grim look at the emergency that unfolded in Illinois before he was pronounced dead.
The New York Post reports that customers at a CAVA restaurant in Des Plaines saw Benjamin Satterley passed out in a vehicle and called 911. Dispatch audio obtained by the paper captured responders saying they could not confirm whether he was breathing.
“This is going to be a slumper in a car. We cannot confirm breathing yet.”
A witness said that people inside the restaurant tried to find medical equipment before first responders arrived. The witness described seeing emergency crews outside.
“There was an ambulance, police and a fire truck, all outside.”
The Cook County Medical Examiner’s office said that Satterley was pronounced dead at 4:08 p.m. Sunday. An initial autopsy has been conducted, but his cause of death is pending additional testing, and no official cause has been announced.
A Des Plaines spokesperson separately told the Daily Herald that Satterley was found dead in a rental car on the 2700 block of Mannheim Road. The spokesperson said there were no signs of foul play or trauma and that the death did not appear suspicious.

AEW announced Satterley’s death Sunday night in a statement that remembered his athletic style and career across the globe. The company said he began wrestling in 2004, signed with AEW in 2019, and held multiple championships.
“Satterley began his wrestling career in 2004 and went on to perform for wrestling organizations all over the world, captivating fans with innovative high-flying moves and incredible in-ring ability.”
Before AEW, Satterley built his reputation on the independent scene, including runs in Dragon Gate, Pro Wrestling Guerrilla, and Chikara. He joined WWE in 2012 and competed as Adrian Neville, winning the NXT Championship and WWE Cruiserweight Championship. In AEW, PAC became the inaugural All-Atlantic Champion—later renamed the International Championship—and won the World Trios Championship with Penta El Zero Miedo and Rey Fénix as Death Triangle.
The wrestling world is now mourning a performer whose career took him from Newcastle upon Tyne to major stages around the globe. Officials have not released a cause of death, leaving Satterley’s family, friends, and fans waiting for answers while remembering the work he left behind.
