Jey Uso looks like he is moving on in the King of the Ring tournament.
The June 19 episode of WWE SmackDown will feature Jey Uso taking on Je’Von Evans in a King of the Ring semifinal match. The winner will advance to the tournament finals, where Oba Femi is already waiting after winning his match earlier this week on RAW.
According to Fightful Select, Jey Uso is listed to advance.

That means Jey is expected to defeat Je’Von Evans on SmackDown and move on to face Oba Femi in the King of the Ring finals. That is a big spot for Jey, especially with the tournament winner moving closer to a major championship opportunity. Je’Von Evans has a chance to pull off a huge upset, but the internal listing points to Jey getting the win and keeping his tournament run alive.
SmackDown is also set to feature Liv Morgan vs. Charlotte Flair in Queen of the Ring action, Carmelo Hayes vs. Ricky Saints, and R-Truth and Damian Priest defending the WWE Tag Team Championships against The MFT. Still, the King of the Ring spoiler is simple: Jey Uso is listed to advance.
Jey Uso has been building momentum, and if this listing holds, he will be one win away from becoming King of the Ring. Now the only question is how WWE gets him past Je’Von Evans on SmackDown.
