AEW has done a pretty good job keeping Persephone’s All Out challenger under wraps, but it looks like the mystery may already be over. After fans spent the week throwing around names like Kairi Sane, Mara Sadè and just about every available free agent they could think of, a new backstage report says the company has already settled on its surprise.
According to Self Made Pro, Dani Luna is expected to answer Persephone’s open challenge at All Out and officially make her AEW debut in the process. The report comes after speculation exploded following this week’s Collision, where the TBS Champion issued an open challenge for the pay-per-view. Once Maya World, Hyan and Thunder Rosa were ruled out, the guessing game really kicked into high gear.
Luna’s name never disappeared from the conversation, and now Self Made Pro says there’s a reason for that. The outlet reports it has confirmed that the former TNA Knockouts star is the mystery challenger set to walk through the curtain in Chicago on Saturday night.
“SelfMadePW can confirm that Luna is the mystery opponent for this Saturday’s PPV. Dani Luna is expected to make her All Elite Wrestling debut at All Out and challenge Persephone for the TBS Championship.”
If that sounds familiar, it’s because this has been brewing for a while. Fightful Select reported weeks ago that people inside AEW expected Luna to end up with the company, with one source believing the deal was either already done or close enough that it was only a matter of time. There was even talk internally that she’d debut during AEW’s European swing, although that never happened.
It would also continue the trend of former TNA talent landing in AEW throughout 2026. Jake Something, The Rascalz and The IInspiration all made the jump this year, and Dani Luna now appears ready to become the latest name on that growing list.
Right now, the mystery technically remains alive. But if this report is on the money, fans already know who’s waiting behind the curtain—and Dani Luna could be just days away from becoming All Elite.
