Vince Russo isn’t buying the quiet approach from The Rock as WrestleMania approaches, and he made it clear that the lack of promotion from one of WWE’s biggest names stands out to him.

During a recent discussion about WrestleMania expectations and what the company might need to deliver a major moment, Russo brought up The Rock’s absence from social media promotion. The conversation centered on how surprising it is that someone in such a powerful corporate position hasn’t publicly supported WWE’s biggest annual event.

Russo pointed out that The Rock’s role on WWE’s board makes the silence even harder to ignore, especially considering how often The Rock promotes projects across his platforms. In Russo’s view, if The Rock were involved or planning to make a meaningful impact, fans would likely already be seeing signs of that.

“If we have these two days of WrestleMania and literally they don't pull something out their ass, guys… you're down to two choices. You're down to The Rock, and I don't think The Rock is going anywhere near this because he has not tweeted one single thing about WrestleMania. Not one.”

Russo continued by stressing that The Rock’s corporate role adds another layer to the situation. He argued that someone earning millions from the company and holding a leadership-level position would typically be expected to help promote its most important show of the year.

“This is a guy that's on the board. They're paying him millions and millions of dollars and he's not even promoting it for them. That's number one.”

The comments tap into a larger discussion among fans about whether major figures tied to WWE will play a role during WrestleMania weekend. With speculation always running high about surprise appearances and major moments, Russo’s remarks add fuel to the ongoing debate about who might actually show up when the lights are brightest.

Do you think The Rock’s silence ahead of WrestleMania actually means he won’t be involved, or could WWE be setting up a surprise appearance? Let us know what you think in the comments and share your thoughts.
