Armando Alejandro Montalvo is known as the “OG Performance Center stalker,” is back in the spotlight again after another incident tied to his ongoing criminal case in Florida. This time, Montalvo was caught recording his court-ordered psychological evaluation, and the video was later uploaded to his Facebook page, turning what should have been a standard legal requirement into yet another public spectacle.
In case you’re wondering, Florida is an all-party consent state, meaning you generally can’t legally record a private conversation unless everyone involved agrees to it. There are limited exceptions, but a private evaluation session typically isn’t one of them. Secretly recording someone in that type of setting can lead to serious legal consequences, including potential felony charges, along with the possibility of prison time and heavy fines.
Court records show that Montalvo still has an open criminal felony case currently working its way through the system. The case dates back to last March and includes charges related to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon as well as resisting an officer without violence. As part of the court process, a judge ordered a new psychological evaluation to determine whether Montalvo is competent to stand trial. The court also appointed a doctor to conduct that evaluation, and the next major update is expected at a competency status hearing scheduled for March 2026.
Armondo Estrado Montalvo’s history with making headlines is quite extensive at this point. This comes after years of documented incidents involving Montalvo and the Performance Center.
Montalvo’s past includes repeated trespassing attempts, harassment of WWE staff and performers, which included smearing his poo all over the building. This resulted in restraining orders, multiple arrests, and a 2015 police shooting following a standoff with deputies. Despite past legal action, similar encounters involving Montalvo continue to surface.
Montalvo was picked up by police on April 13th, 2020. Then he spent a long stint in jail, after he kept trespassing on WWE property and causing a disturbance with his wild claims, but he was eventually released. When his hearing came, Montalvo arrived at the court house in a red clown nose and a full suit, despite being told he didn’t need to show up. His court hearing was via teleconference. Then he annoyed the judge by calling her “baby girl.” In more recent memory, he had a run-in with police on a disturbance complaint that he livestreamed.
We will have to see what he does next to draw attention. Recording his psych evaluation probably wasn’t the right move this time around.
