Andrade El Idolo has done it again. The AEW National Champion stopped during the Casino Gauntlet Match at All In to take another selfie with a mystery woman at ringside—and now we know exactly who she was.
Andrade continued his increasingly familiar routine during the August 30 show at Wembley Stadium. In the middle of one of the biggest matches of his night, he headed to ringside, posed for the selfie and then went straight back to the action.
It didn’t take long for the latest mystery to be solved. Following the show, it was revealed that the woman was independent wrestler Melissa Fierce, who has competed for promotions including MPW, GPW, EVE, DPW and PROGRESS.
Melissa Fierce is simply the latest name added to that growing list. Georgia South was identified after appearing with Andrade during his AEW National Championship defense, while Ava Everett, Rachel Ley, Emily Jaye, Amaris Blair, Tiara James, Vile, Selena Hekate, Rebel Kel and Johnnie Robbie have all eventually been identified following similar moments with El Idolo.
The selfie didn’t hurt Andrade’s night either. He entered the Casino Gauntlet from the No. 1 position and survived the entire field to win the match, earning himself a guaranteed AEW World Championship opportunity. Will Ospreay defeated Kenny Omega later in the night to become the new AEW World Champion, meaning Andrade can now challenge Ospreay for the title whenever he chooses.
At this point, Andrade taking a selfie with someone at ringside has become its own recurring mystery on AEW television. The internet solved the Wembley edition pretty quickly, but Andrade walked away with something even more important—a future date with Will Ospreay.
