Former WWE NXT and AEW wrestler Amber Flora is dealing with some serious legal trouble after getting arrested in Florida. The 34-year-old wrestler, also known as Amber Nova, was busted on DUI-related charges in Orlando, and she was already back out of jail just hours later.
According to court documents obtained by Ringside News, Flora was arrested on Friday, October 23, on charges of driving under the influence and refusing to submit to DUI testing. She was booked by Orlando police and released at 10:07 AM after posting $2,000 in total bail.
Ringside News has also obtained nine pages of law enforcement documents filed in Orange County on October 24, confirming that Flora was arrested in connection with a DUI investigation. The paperwork identifies her as Amber Judith Flora and lists Orlando Police Department Officer Alvin Silverio as the arresting officer.
The records place her arrest at 1:48 AM on October 23 near South Orange Blossom Trail and McLeod Road in Orlando. The documents also indicate that no crash was involved in the incident.
Flora was taken to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office DUI Testing Center following her arrest, where officers attempted to obtain breath samples. However, the testing documents show that no valid samples were collected, leaving investigators without a recorded blood alcohol concentration from those attempts.
The arrest comes as Flora has continued making appearances throughout the professional wrestling industry. She made a name for herself on the independent scene, capturing the SHINE Nova Championship in 2023, and has appeared for WWE NXT, AEW and Impact Wrestling.
Ringside News can also confirm that that Flora attended a mandatory court appearance on Saturday, October 24, with another compliance date scheduled for November 2. The situation now leaves Flora facing two DUI-related allegations, although an arrest doesn’t establish guilt and the case has not been resolved. The court process will determine what happens next.
For now, the wrestler is out of custody, but the legal trouble is far from over. With another court date approaching, Flora will have to deal with the allegations while questions remain about exactly what happened during her encounter with Orlando police.
