Oba Femi steamrolled a group of security guards during the July 27 episode of WWE RAW this week, but one of the men who took the biggest hit wasn’t just an extra—he’s an independent wrestler already making a name for himself.
After Brock Lesnar refused to enter the Hell in a Cell structure during their SummerSlam weigh-in, a furious Femi snapped once Lesnar walked away, laying out every security guard who entered the ring.
The standout moment came when Femi planted one guard with a thunderous chokeslam. That security guard has now been identified as Darkfox Olumide, an independent wrestler who has competed for promotions including SPW, Oasis Pro, 907 Yeah!, and several others. He took to his Instagram story and confirmed his identity.
While WWE regularly uses independent wrestlers as security guards, extras and enhancement talent, fans were quick to identify Olumide after his appearance during one of RAW’s biggest opening segments.
The angle helped bring even more chaos to the already heated rivalry between Femi and Lesnar ahead of their Hell in a Cell match at SummerSlam, with Femi making it crystal clear that anyone standing in his way is liable to get flattened.
Whether Darkfox Olumide’s appearance turns into something more remains to be seen, but for now he’ll have a story to tell after taking one of the biggest chokeslams of his career on live WWE television.
