WWE RAW Results (7/27/26): Live Match Updates and Highlights
The show opens up with Michael Cole and Corey Graves welcoming us.
We then see the Hell in a Cell structure hanging over the ring and Paul “Triple H” Levesque and Adam Pearce are in the ring with a scale. The cell then lowers with the lowering music. We then see Oba Femi walking in the back. We then see Brock Lesnar walking in split screen with Paul Heyman. Femi then makes his way down to the ring first.
Pearce says Femi will battle with the most decorated sports athlete in history at SummerSlam and asks him to stand on the scale. Pearce then says the weight for Femi is 302 pounds. Pearce then calls out Brock Lesnar and Lesnar makes his way down to the ring with Paul Heyman. Lesnar then closes the cell and chains it closed before he enters. Femi then goes to the door and stares at Lesnar. Lesnar has the key and he walks around the cage. Heyman then says we have a slight change of plans. Heyman then says to allow Lesnar inside Hell in a Cell is not a very good idea is it. Heyman then heaps praise on Lesnar and talks about his achievements.
Lesnar then gets on the announce table, while Paul Heyman hypes him up. Heyman then calls Femi an underdog heading into SummerSlam. Heyman then says Lesnar has never been defeated inside Hell in a Cell and that’s a streak that will never be broken. Heyman then says he doesn’t think Femi can beat Lesnar inside Hell in a Cell. Heyman then announces that Lesnar got on a scale in the back and he’s 303 pounds. Lesnar then grabs a mic and says he will see Femi at SummerSlam. Femi then says Lesnar runs away like he always does. Femi then says Hell in a Cell is coming. Femi then says he’s coming. Femi then says Lesnar is locked inside Hell in a Cell with him. Femi then takes out his frustration on the police officers inside the ring and he lays waste to everybody.
We then get another look into the rivalry between Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins. We then see two black SUVs arrive and The Bloodline emerges one by one until Roman emerges.
The. Vision then make their way down to the ring for the first match of the night. Logan Paul grabs a mic and asks the WWE Universe, “Do you understand who you are in the presence of?” Paul then introduces The Vision and says he knows the WWE Universe is upset that they witnessed his boy destroy Otis last week. Paul then says they took their girl. Paul then introduces The Vision Queen – Maxxine Dupri. Dupri then grabs the mic and says her vision has never been more clear.
Alpha Academy then make their way down to the ring for the first match of the night.
Non-Title Match: The Vision (WWE World Tag Team Champions “The Unpredictable Badass” Bron Breakker and “The Pressure” Austin Theory) vs. Alpha Academy (Otis and Akira Tozawa)
The match starts off with Bron Breakker and Otis and Breakker applies a side headlock, but Otis overpowers him. Breakker then blocks a shoulder tackle from Otis. Otis then puts Breakker down in his second attempt. Akira Tozawa then comes in and Breakker drives his shoulder into the midsection of Tozawa and tags Austin Theory in. Tozawa then hits a hurricanrana to Theory. Dupri then causes a distraction, allowing The Vision to regain control. Breakker then hits a cheap shot behind the referee’s back. Theory then hits a big boot, sending his opponent to the floor.
The fight then spills to the outside and Theory is dominating Tozawa. Theory then hits a cheap shot to Otis, knocking him off the apron. Breakker then comes in and he hits a German Suplex to Tozawa. The Vision then continues the beatdown on Tozawa. Breakker then hits a military press and nails him with double knees right to the midsection. Breakker then goes shoulder-first into the post. Otis is now out on the floor and Tozawa has no one to tag. Otis then comes in and he hits a series of clotheslines to Theory and follows it up with a back elbow. Breakker then enters the fray, but Otis splashes both men in the corner.
Otis then hits a Caterpillar Splash to Breakker. Tozawa then goes to hit a senton on Theory, but Theory gets his knees up. Breakker then sends Otis into the post. Breakker then hits Tozawa with a Spear for the win.

After the match, The Vision launches a two-on-one attack on Alpha Academy. Otis then saves Akira Tozawa and wipes out The Vision. Maxxine Dupri then distracts Otis, allowing The Vision to hit a powerbomb on Otis. Breakker then hits a Spear to Otis. Austin Theory then smashes a steel chair onto Otis.
We then see Jackie Redmond in the back with LA Knight. She asks about the 6-Man Tag Team Match at SummerSlam and what he is doing to prepare for this match. Knight says he is in the building. Knight then says he is also thinking that people are saying he is paranoid. Knight then says he is paranoid. Knight then says everything he said would happen has happened. Knight then says is that paranoia. Knight then says when they got back together he said there would be sneak attacks. Knight then says they are going to fight on Saturday and they are going to put The Bloodline in a hole six feet deep.
Raquel Rodriguez then cuts a promo and says Sol Ruca got lucky two weeks ago. Raquel then says there will be no tricks tonight. Raquel then says she is taking the gold. Sol Ruca then says she knows what she is getting into. Ruca then says she knows everything will be thrown at her. Ruca then says she has beaten Raquel once and she will do it again.
We then see Byron Saxton with Ethan Page. Page reminds Saxton that Rey Mysterio may have won the battle last time, but he won the war. Page then says the last time the WWE Hall of Famer wrestled him, he enjoyed a long vacation. Page then says Rey Mysterio wants to get another crack at him. Page then says the result might be a little different, but a little bit the same. Page then says he plans on ending Rey Mysterio’s career tonight.
We then get a video package for Chad Gable and his quest for the Intercontinental Title.
IYO SKY then cuts a promo and says she has been in Liv Morgan’s head since Queen of the Ring. SKY then says you are not as strong as you think you are. SKY then says you are not the greatest champion. SKY then says she has been in the presence of great champions and teacher and you pale in comparison to them all. SKY then says Morgan is arrogant and that will be her downfall. SKY then says you are scared to love and she is ready to prove Liv wrong again.
Je’Von Evans then makes his way down to the ring for the next match of the night and Rusev follows.
Singles Match: “The Young OG” Je’Von Evans vs. “The Lion of Bulgaria” Rusev
The match starts off with Rusev driving his shoulder into the midsection of Evans. Rusev then hits Evans with a clothesline. Rusev then runs into a big boot. Evans then superkicks Rusev right to his jaw and he follows it up with a standing dropkick. Evans then hits a hurricanrana and a dropkick, sending Rusev to the outside. Evans then runs into a right hand and Rusev is back in control. Rusev then hits an uppercut, rocking the jaw of Evans. Rusev then hits Evans with a fallaway slam, sending him to the outside. Evans then sends Rusev into the post and kicks him into the timekeeper’s area.
Rusev then catches Evans mid-air and sends him into the timekeeper’s area. Evans then flies off the barricade, taking out Rusev. Back in the ring, Evans hits Rusev with a series of right hands. Rusev then sends Evans into the mat for a near fall. Rusev then kicks Evans in the back. Evans then tries to fight back, but Rusev sends him into the corner with authority. Rusev then hits another Irish whip. Rusev then applies a rear chin lock in the middle of the ring. Rusev is now toying with Evans. Evans then tries to fight back with a series of rights. Evans then stomps away on Rusev and he hits a red dot.
The referee then checks on Rusev. Evans then launches himself off the top rope, taking out Rusev. Back in the ring, Rusev hits a Machka Kick on Evans for a near fall. Rusev then goes for an Accolade, but Evans tries to fight out of it. Evans then hits Rusev a knee. Evans then goes for an OG Cutter, but Rusev intercepts him and applies an Accolade in the middle of the ring. Rusev then goes for another Machka Kick, but Evans hits him with a Stunner. Evans then heads to the top rope and he hits an OG Cutter for the win.

We then take another look at the history between Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins and we see Seth Rollins backstage ahead of his face-to-face with Roman Reigns.
We then see Byron Saxton and he is with The Vision. Saxton says Otis has been ruled out of action indefinitely. Logan Paul then asks Austin Theory to take some accountability for his actions. Paul then tries to apologize, but instead laughs it off. Maxxine Dupri then riles up the WWE Universe and calls her boyfriend the most talented wrestler in WWE. Dupri then tells Otis that when he comes back, she will be right here with The Vision. Dupri then says Otis will never have a woman like her. Paul then bids goodbye to Otis and says he will see him at the hospital.
We then see Joe Hendry in the ring and he says he sees the light and the people. Danhausen is in the ring as well. Danhausen then sings along with Joe Hendry and they take a shot at The Judgment Day. They sing, “I believe that you are cursed” and we see that the Minihausens are at ringside.
Ryan Garcia then hits a guitar to the back of Joe Hendry and The Judgment Day storms the ring and attacks Hendry and Danhausen. JD McDonagh then powerslams one of the Minihausens. Dominik Mysterio then hits a Frog Splash on Danhausen and he stands tall.
Penta then talks about his match against Chad Gable this weekend.
WWE then airs another cryptic vignette to hype up the arrival of Big Cass.
WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio then makes his way down to the ring for the next match of the night and Ethan Page follows.
Singles Match: WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio vs. “All Ego” Ethan Page
The match starts off with both men locking up. Ethan Page then applies a side headlock and he hits a shoulder tackle. Rey Mysterio then hits an elbow. Mysterio then hits a hurricanrana. Mysterio then goes for 619, but Page counters. Page then hits an Irish whip to Mysterio. The fight then spills to the outside. Page then powerbombs Mysterio on the apron. Page then sends Mysterio’s back against the hardest part of the apron. Page then sends Mysterio rib-first into the announce desk. Back in the ring, Page hits a backbreaker. The referee then checks on Mysterio to see if he can continue the match.
Page then hits another backbreaker. Page then targets the midsection of Mysterio and he squeezes the breath out of him. Page then targets the injured ribs of Mysterio. Page then tries to unmask Mysterio, but Mysterio puts him down. Mysterio then hits a step-up enziguiri. Page then hits a boot to the face. Page then runs into a big boot. Mysterio then hits an elbow. Mysterio then sends Page into the post. Both men then exchange strikes in the middle of the ring. Mysterio then hits another hurricanrana. Mysterio then delivers some right hands on Page in the corner. Mysterio then heads to the top rope and he hits a senton. Page then hits Mysterio with a Powerslam for a near fall.
Mysterio then hits Page with a DDT for a two count. Page then hits a big boot. Mysterio is then hung on the top rope. Both men are then battling it out on the top rope. Mysterio then hits a headbutt. Mysterio then hits a hurricanrana, sending Page into the announce desk. Back in the ring, Mysterio goes for a 619, but Page uses the apron to block the finisher. Page then sends Mysterio into the post and he hits an Ego Plex for the win.

Liv Morgan then cuts a promo and says she can tell that IYO doesn’t understand who she is facing. Morgan then says she is the girl everyone underestimated and overlooked as she made her way to the top. Morgan then says she will do anything to stay up there. Morgan then says some think that she might be arrogant, but with her resume, you don’t care what people think about you. Morgan then says she cares about her title. Morgan then says you beat her at Queen of the Ring. Morgan then says you are one of the best in the world. Morgan then says you are wrong about her. Morgan then says IYO is not in her head. Morgan then says she is not afraid of losing to IYO at SummerSlam. Morgan then thanks IYO for the chance to remind everyone who she is.
We then see the medical staff checking on Danhausen and his injured friends. Adam Pearce then enters the room and he tells Danhausen to give Dominik his money back. Danhausen then tells Pearce to put the monies on a pole and Pearce agrees to the pole match.
The Usos then make their way down to the ring. Jey Uso has a microphone in his hand and he drops the mic and runs it back, yeeting with the WWE Universe. Jimmy Uso then says The Bloodline is now in your city. Jey Uso then says he’s got a message for their opponents at SummerSlam. Jey Uso then delivers a warning shot to their opponents. We then see Solo Sikoa in the crowd. Sikoa says the real Bloodline had him in it. Sikoa then calls the current version of The Bloodline crap and says they don’t stand a chance at SummerSlam. Jimmy Uso then asks Sikoa to do them a favor and listen to The Tribal Chief. He then says he wants Sikoa to run the play or else. Sikoa then asks, “Or else what?”
He then wonders if Jey Uso is going to Yeet for 30 minutes. Sikoa then makes it clear that he doesn’t want to come back. Sikoa then says he’s got a warning shot for The Usos and says Roman Reigns can kiss his a**. LA Knight then comes out to interrupt and says he said it before and he will say it again. Knight then says his heart doesn’t pump for The Bloodline family drama. Knight then says he and Sikoa will put The Bloodline down at SummerSlam. Knight then says The Usos screwed him and Royce Keys in recent weeks. Knight then says it all comes to an end at SummerSlam. Knight then says the clock is ticking and he will see them at SummerSlam. Knight then looks to leave, but stops and takes off his jacket.
Knight then says he can walk down the aisle and enter the ring. Knight then says he and Solo Sikoa can kick The Usos’ a** right now and a brawl is underway. Solo and Knight are now in control until Jacob Fatu’s music hits and the beat down stops. Fatu then makes his way to the ring and Fatu hits a super kick to Solo and a back drop to Knight. Fatu then hits running hips to Solo and Knight. Fatu then buffers. Jimmy and Jey then join in until Royce Keys’ music hits and they stop. Keys then stops Jimmy and Jey hits a super kick to Keys, but Keys hits a clothesline. Fatu and Keys then stand across from each other in the ring. They then throw punches and Keys hits a clothesline. Fatu then cinches in a Tongan Death Grip, but Solo hits a kick to Fatu and a Samoan spike. Keys then hits a spine buster to Fatu and Knight hits a BFT. Solo, Keys and Knight then stand tall. The Usos then try to help Fatu, but Fatu hits Jey Uso with an elbow.
We then get a video package for Hell in a Cell.
Sol Ruca then makes her way down to the ring for the main event of the night and Raquel Rodriguez follows.

The match starts off with Raquel Rodriguez going for a big boot, but Sol Ruca moves out of harm’s way and hits her with an X-Factor. Rodriguez then hits a back body drop. Rodriguez then drives her elbows against the face of Ruca in the corner. Rodriguez then misses an elbow drop. Ruca then hits a standing moonsault for a near fall. Rodriguez then clotheslines Ruca and continues the beatdown. Ruca then hits a hurricanrana and she follows it up with a superkick. Ruca then heads to the top rope and she hits a moonsault, taking out Rodriguez. Back in the ring, Ruca goes for a crossbody, but Rodriguez counters with a vertical suplex.
Rodriguez then hits a splash on Ruca in the corner. Rodriguez then powerslams Ruca for a near fall. Rodriguez has now busted her nose open. Ruca then hits a knee to Rodriguez’s nose. Michael Cole then says Rodriguez’s nose may be broken. Ruca then hits an uppercut. She then follows it up with a back elbow to the back of Rodriguez’s neck. Ruca then hits a basement dropkick. Ruca then hits a running knee for a near fall. Rodriguez then catches Ruca mid-air, but Ruca is able to shift the weight. Ruca then heads to the top rope and hits a DDT for a near fall.
Roxanne Perez and Liv Morgan then try to run interference, allowing Rodriguez to hit a big boot for a near fall. IYO SKY then comes out, but Morgan cuts her off on the floor. Morgan then sends SKY into the barricade. SKY then sends Morgan into the post. Rodriguez then tries to grab SKY, but Ruca takes her down with a Codebreaker. SKY then hits a bullet train attack to Morgan and both women are down on the floor. Ruca then goes for a Sol Snatcher, but Perez sends her into the post. Rodriguez then hits a Tejana Bomb for the win.

WWE World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns then makes his way down to the ring. Reigns then looks around and as he is asking Los Angeles to acknowledge him Seth Rollins’ music interrupts and Rollins makes his way down to the ring. Rollins then asks Los Angeles to acknowledge him and he receives a mixed reaction. The WWE Universe then erupts with The OTC chants. Reigns then calls Rollins an a******. Rollins then says he is guilty and admits he’s the bad guy in Los Angeles.
Rollins then says Reigns was handed everything on a silver platter. Rollins then says he’s not taking anything from Reigns and admits he’s the biggest star in this industry. Rollins then says Reigns is a main event walking and admits he’s got an edge on him. Rollins then says he doesn’t think Reigns is a better professional wrestler than him. Rollins then says he owns Reigns’ a** in the ring. Rollins then says Reigns can’t call him a liar. Rollins then says he owned Reigns every single time. Rollins then says he doesn’t think Reigns has changed and wonders if he’s going to disqualify himself like he did at the Royal Rumble 2022.
Rollins then says he doesn’t think Reigns stands a chance against him. Reigns then says he’s the only real Superstar and Champion around here. Reigns then says he needs to beat Rollins. Reigns then says he wants his family and the WWE Universe to watch him beat Rollins at SummerSlam. Rollins then recalls WrestleMania 31 when he cashed in his Money in the Bank contract on Roman Reigns and sent his family back home in tears. Rollins then says he hopes Reigns’ family is there on Sunday because he can’t wait for them to cry again. Rollins then calls Reigns a fraud and a loser. Rollins then says Reigns will always be his b****.
Reigns has heard enough and he beats the hell out of Rollins. Reigns is irate and he pounds away at Rollins. Reigns then hits a Superman Punch. Reigns then hits Rollins with a devastating Spear and Rollins is trying to get back to his feet. Reigns then goes to the floor to get a chair. Reigns takes too long to get back into the ring and Rollins hits a stomp onto the chair. Rollins then stands tall over Reigns as the show comes to a close.
