Danhausen continues building momentum outside the wrestling ring after officially signing with Adventure Media for management representation across multiple entertainment fields.
According to Deadline, Adventure Media will now represent Danhausen in all areas as the company looks to expand his growing brand into film, television, digital media, publishing, and additional business opportunities.
Since debuting in WWE earlier this year during the Elimination Chamber premium live event, Danhausen has quickly turned into one of the company’s most talked-about breakout stars thanks to his bizarre horror-comedy presentation and heavy social media engagement.
The momentum only increased after Danhausen appeared during WrestleMania on April 19 in a segment involving John Cena and The Miz, which reportedly generated strong fan reactions online.
Deadline also noted that Danhausen has become one of WWE’s top merchandise sellers while carving out a completely unique lane through his unusual character style that blends horror themes, absurd humor, fan interaction, and his trademark “cursing” gimmick.
Outside WWE programming, Danhausen has recently started crossing further into mainstream entertainment and sports media. This week, he appeared on ESPN’s NBA Today and jokingly “cursed” the Cleveland Cavaliers before the team blew a 22-point fourth-quarter lead against the New York Knicks in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals.
He also recently went viral after storming the set of ESPN’s SportsCenter and taking over the “Top Plays” segment, continuing to expand his reach beyond wrestling audiences.
Adventure Media has been growing its presence within sports and entertainment representation in recent years, working with filmmakers, creators, athletes, broadcast personalities, and wrestling talent. The company will now attempt to further grow Danhausen’s intellectual property and mainstream crossover appeal moving forward.
With WWE already pushing Danhausen heavily and mainstream media attention continuing to grow around him, it’s becoming increasingly clear the company sees major crossover potential in the character.
