WWE’s roster shake-up might not be over anytime soon, because another departure has now been confirmed.

After recent cuts already saw names like Tonga LoaJC Mateo, and members of The New Day leave the company, concerns have continued building about more talent potentially being on the chopping block.

Bryan Alvarez previously stated on Wrestling Observer Live that WWE’s internal situation remained fluid, even revealing that he had heard conflicting information regarding Tama Tonga before the situation changed again behind the scenes. Now another name has officially surfaced.

Francois Prinsloo took to Instagram and confirmed that his time with WWE has come to an end. In a lengthy statement, Prinsloo reflected on his experience with the company and admitted that the opportunity changed his life despite his run being cut short.

“WWE has been nothing but a blessing for me. It has easily been one of the hardest challenges I’ve had to face and yet I wouldn’t have had it any other way.”

Prinsloo explained that WWE opened up a completely different world for him while also helping him rediscover passions outside the ring.

“WWE showed me a world I never knew that I would fall in love with. It reignited my passion and talent for acting and speaking.”

He also thanked multiple departments within WWE, including coaches, medical staff, strength and conditioning trainers, and fellow talent he worked alongside during his developmental run.

“Thank you to the amazing coaches I had the pleasure of working with. Thank you to the medical staff and their unending diligence to help me through my slew of freakish injuries.”

Still, the most emotional part of the message came when Prinsloo admitted how difficult it has been accepting that his WWE journey ended before fully getting started.

“It’s been fun and hard, but hardest of all is having to accept my journey getting cut short before I could really start.”

He closed with a cryptic line hinting that the release may have only fueled his motivation moving forward.

“The wolf climbing the mountain is always hungrier than the one at the top. Unfortunately, I’ve been left starving… but we’ll talk more about that later.”

The update comes as growing reports continue to suggest WWE’s post-WrestleMania cuts may not be finished yet. Alvarez previously mentioned names like Axiom, Nathan Frazer, Angel Garza, and Humberto Carrillo as talent he would be concerned about based on current roster trends.

Bottom line — Francois Prinsloo is officially out of WWE, adding another name to an already growing list of departures. And judging by the uncertainty still surrounding parts of the roster, it doesn’t look like the company’s shake-up is completely finished yet.
