WWE previously unveiled the nominations for the highly anticipated 2024 Slammy Awards and fans were definitely excited about the show for a good reason. The Slammy Awards are already upon us and they have crowned a major winner already.

One of the most prestigious categories in the Slammy Awards this year is certainly the Match of The Year category. The nominees were Bunny vs. Damian Priest at Backlash 2023, Roman Reigns vs. Sami Zayn at Elimination Chamber 2023, Gunther vs. Chad Gable on the 9/4/23 RAW, Asuka vs. Bianca Belair vs. Charlotte Flair at SummerSlam 2023 and finally Charlotte Flair vs. Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania 39.

Ultimately, the winner was Charlotte Flair vs. Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania 39, which is one of the best choices as it was truly a revolutionary match in the history of women’s wrestling.

We will have to wait and see which other winners will be revealed during the Slammy Awards this year, as fans were happy about this outcome.
