Batista Admits to Shedding Tears in Initial Meetings with CM Punk

Batista has worked hard to establish himself as one of the greatest Superstars in WWE’s history, but his time in WWE was not always bed of roses. The Animal also loves having fun whenever possible and he did just that on a recent CM Punk post.

CM Punk’s return at the Survivor Series Premium Live Event became significant event in pro wrestling history for many reasons. He also cut a promo on week’s episode of Monday Night RAW, where Punk said a lot of things.

WWE uploaded a throwback video of a young Cora Jade meeting CM Punk and being overcome with emotion and crying in joy. Batista decided to comment on the video, admitting that he cried during the first 10 times he met Punk.

“I cried the first 10 times I met punk as well. Totally get it! Love this.”

Batista has also been chosen as the Honorary Ambassador for the 2023 Olympia Weekend in Orlando Florida. Regardless, Batista and CM Punk always have a great relationship and fans simply love to see them interact, one way or the other.
