WWE has a revolving door going in some respects, because nothing can last forever in the company. Now, we have confirmation that two NXT Superstars have officially left WWE.

WWE is parting ways with two skilled performers as their contracts have expired, and negotiations for a new deal have fallen through. The tag team, known as The Dyad, consisting of Rip Fowler and Jagger Reid, is preparing to enter the free agent market.

Throughout most of this year, The Dyad has been seeking an exit, even though they were part of the Schism group on NXT television. The storyline involving the faction concluded with their breakup.

The tag team expressed their desire to be released from the company, but their request was declined, and they were kept on television to continue their feud. After a few extra weeks on television, the Dyad disappeared.

James Drake and Zack Gibson are now officially free agents. During their time with the company, they held the NXT UK Tag Team Champions title before the brand was discontinued, and they were transferred to NXT.

Sean Sapp confirmed behind Fightful’s paywall that the Grizzled Young Veterans, who were also known as the Dyad in NXT, have no departed from the company. Now, they are officially free agents.

James Drake and Zack Gibson, who have been performing in WWE as Jagger Reid and Rip Fowler of The Dyad/Schism, are now free agents. The two had asked for their releases earlier this year, and were denied those releases.

Also known as the Grizzled Young Veterans, they became NXT UK Tag Team Champions before moving stateside and working on the NXT brand.

We will have to see what they Grizzled Young Veterans do next. The word was that they had interest from other promotions, and they also intend on sticking around the USA.

Ringside News exclusively reported that Joe Gacy is not currently in line for a WWE main roster call-up. We will keep an eye on his story in NXT.

Ava and Joe Gacy formulated the Schism faction before he even debuted on NXT television. Now, he may be onto his next chapter, and he could do it alone. After all, Paul Heyman got pretty close to Ava during NXT this week.

Keep checking back with Ringside News for more on this story, and so many more going on in the pro wrestling world. At this point, you never know what will happen next.
