Roman Reigns’ Return & More Added To WWE SmackDown Next Week

Roman Reigns ruptured his eardrum during the Men’s Survivor Series WarGames match. The Tribal Chief was said to be heated over the unplanned spot with Kevin Owens. He’s set to return to WWE SmackDown next week.

WWE announced that Roman Reigns will return for the first time since Survivor Series WarGames. The Undisputed WWE Universal Champion will be on SmackDown next week.

Plus, Ricochet will take on Gunther for his Intercontinental Championship next Friday. The One and Only earned the title shot after he won the SmackDown World Cup during a previous episode of the blue brand.

Dakota Kai and IYO SKY will defend their WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship against Liv Morgan and Tegan Nox as well. The December 16, 2022 edition of SmackDown will emanate from the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, IL.
