Charlotte Flair is in the midst of another controversy. This time it seems to stem from her liking a tweet from Wonder Woman herself.

There are many campaigns to cancel people in pro wrestling. Fans will cause an uproar and see if the company listens. It really all depends on who they are talking about and this time they are taking aim at The Queen.

Gal Gadot tweeted out a very controversial message. While using a text graphic, Gadot posted the following:

My heart breaks. My country is at war. I worry for my family, my friends. I worry for my people. This is a vicious cycle that has been going on for far too long. Israel deserves to live as a free and safe nation, Our neighbors deserve the same. I pray for the victims and their families, I pray for this unimaginable hostility to end, I pray for our leaders to find the solution so we could live side by side in peace. I pray for better days.

Charlotte Flair liked that tweet on Twitter, and fans noticed. There were cries to cancel Charlotte Flair as many took to social media for this new campaign.

It should also be noted that Charlotte Flair also has a lot of fans backing her up. Many have spoken out about how it is unfair to cancel Flair and praise others who have done similar things.

Many other fans are simply mocking the idea of cancelling Charlotte Flair at this point, especially over liking a tweet.

One fan made a very clear point when saying:

If anyone’s curious who Gal Gadot is, she’s the one that played Wonder Woman. Yes Charlotte liked her tweet. Gal Gadot has a history of fighting for peace. So stop trying to cancel Charlotte. Gal Gadot is fighting for the same thing Sami Zayn is fighting for.

Charlotte Flair will continue receiving a focus in WWE, so there is no use “cancelling” her. She is also entitled to her opinion about these matters. This just goes to show that there is always a risk with every action on social media. Even something as mundane as liking a tweet can cause a real stir.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
