Alberto Del Rio Considering Legal Action Against Paige

Paige came forward and talked about abuse that she allegedly went through at the hands of Alberto Del Rio. The former WWE Champion came out and he denied those rumors in big way. He also pointed the finger right back at Paige and said that she was the aggressor.

While speaking to TMZ Sports, Alberto Del Patron said that Paige was the one who instigated things. He said “it was the other way around.” It was also reported that he said that they are considering taking legal action against Paige for defamation of character.

Del Rio says he’s considering taking legal action against Paige for defamation — and issued this comment to her.

Alberto Del Rio is currently awaiting trial for second degree sexual assault and aggravated kidnapping. He allegedly sexually assaulted an ex girlfriend for hours while keeping her tied up. We’ll keep monitoring this story to see if he decides to file a defamation lawsuit while awaiting his January 25th trial.
