Fans inside the WWE Performance Center did not wear masks. They were told that if they want to wear mask then they are not a fan. Now a new county-wide order might require them to wear masks.

The novel coronavirus is picking up in Florida. The Orlando International Airport which WWE Superstars and staff must fly out of has an alarming number of cases. We previously reported that out of 500 employees of the Orlando International Airport who were recently tested 260 came up positive for COVID-19.

Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings will sign a new executive order that will require masks to be worn by “every person in the county” as the Orlando Sentinel reports.

BREAKING: Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings said Thursday that he will sign an executive order requiring every person in the county to wear a mask, an effort to try to stem a resurgence of the coronavirus seen in the past 10 days.

Ringside News previously reported that Dunn was pointing out fans via a loud speaker during the television tapings. Then security told the fans that they can’t wear a mask.

WWE’s next set of television tapings is June 26th. They will record SmackDown. It will be interesting to see if WWE abides by this new local order.

The company was deemed an essential service throughout the pandemic. Let’s see if Kevin Dunn will continue to get his wish to keep masks off WWE television.
