WWE performed company-wide coronavirus tests yesterday, but they are still waiting on some results. This is holding up the operation.

Today is a big day for WWE. Ringside News was first to exclusively report that WWE moved their television tapings due to the coronavirus testing. Now they are waiting for those results.

PW Insider reports that nobody is allowed in the venue today unless they had a COVID-19 test come back negative. Several people are now waiting for their results and are not allowed in the building.

No one will be allowed entrance to the venue unless their COVID-19 tests are have come back negative. There are a number of talents , staffers and even high-level executives who are on “standby” waiting for their results to still come in, we are told.

It was reported that an active NXT Superstar tested positive for coronavirus. This is what started the ordeal on Monday night. WWE Superstars also weren’t given a heads up about a positive test this time around. That aggravated some people in the company.

This is the first time that WWE performed widespread company testing for COVID-19.
