Zack Ryder was released from WWE and now he is Matt Cardona. He is still “alwayz ready” and even has new entrance music and ring gear made up. The biggest question is where he will wrestle.
Cody Rhodes and Cardona are good friends. Cardona’s fiance Chelsea Green admitted that she doesn’t care what people think about her posting pictures with AEW stars like Britt Baker, Cody, or Brandi Rhodes. Cody Rhodes also stated on the day of Matt Cardona’s WWE release that he will get over again.
Matt Cardona recently used his Twitter for a Q&A. He was asked whether he watches AEW Dynamite and replied affirmatively.

It is important to watch as much pro wrestling as possible, especially for Matt Cardona. We’ll have to see if he ever ends up in All Elite Wrestling, but his non-compete clause with WWE won’t end until July so it will at least be that long.
