Donald Trump said that “the great Vince McMahon” will be one of the people he’s having take part in a group to help reopen the United States following the coronavirus pandemic.

Trump named McMahon during a press conference in The White House’s Rose Garden. Dana White, Jerry Jones, Roger Goodell, Mark Cuban, and others will help Trump in this panel of advisers.

Trump said that he expects 29 states to go “back to normal” by the end of the month. He also said the USA needs pro sporting teams. He noted that Americans are tired of watching “14-year-old baseball games.”

Vince McMahon was on the call with number of leaders from the sporting world when they spoke to the President. Donald Trump is also a WWE Hall Of Famer. McMahon has visited Trump in the White House as well.

Linda McMahon quit position in the Trump administration to run a Presidential Super PAC. On the day she promised Tampa and Orlando Florida $18.5 million, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis said that WWE is considered an essential service.
