How WWE Management Felt About EVOLVE Special

WWE Network aired EVOLVE’s 10th Anniversary special live on Saturday night. The timing of this special is really quite interesting.

No matter what this might or might not have to do with AEW’s Fight For The Fallen event, WWE still felt a certain way about EVOLVE. They plugged the special hardcore on television and on social media before the event as well.

PW Insider reports that “the internal word we have heard thus far is that WWE was very happy with the EVOLVE special.” That is good thing so maybe they might be able to continue using them as counter programming even though Cody Rhodes said there is no counter programming what they are doing.

It’s a good thing that WWE approved, but it still didn’t keep the company from slapping EVOLVE with takedown notice on YouTube.
