MJF is one of the brightest parts of AEW’s future, but he doesn’t care what anyone thinks so there’s no use putting him over. In his fourth year as a pro wrestler he’s already achieved more than most who have been the business twice as long and he’s about to reach even greater heights in All Elite Wrestling.
While speaking to Sporting News, MJF explained how the “fat mark trolls” who send him hate just don’t understand what pro wrestling is all about. Because it hurts. Pro wrestling rings don’t have much give and they’re very hard which makes people like MJF supermen.
Therefore, Maxwell J Friedman is convinced that all it would take is one body slam and those mark trolls wouldn’t be walking right for a week. Then maybe their tunes would change.
“The one thing that I wish that the fat troll marks on Twitter understood is, I would love for them to get into the ring and let me body slam them one time.”
“That’s it. I don’t want to do anything else. Just let me give you a regular, good old-fashioned body slam in the ring. You won’t be able to walk for a week. I’m a superman. The fact that I’m able to do what I do is absolutely astonishing. The fact that these fans don’t understand that a ring is comprised of steel, metal beams, wood, and a thin sheet mat, and that’s it.”
There are going to be a lot of people sending a wide array of insults and praise toward All Elite Wrestling during the Double Or Nothing event. They’re off to a good start with hyping the show and selling out the building and now they just need to deliver.
MJF has already delivered several times during Starrcast including getting tossed out of the building on several occasions. Hopefully, he will be able to rise to the occasion and help put AEW on the map.
