Val Venis isn’t done — not even close. In the latest update to his ongoing back-and-forth with MJF, Venis took things in a more personal direction, firing off fresh posts while showing off his physique and doubling down on his confidence.

This time, instead of just focusing on ratings or legacy, Venis mixed in direct insults while bragging about his own condition at 55 years old. He didn’t stop there either, adding another jab shortly after that zeroed in on MJF in a more blunt way.

“FACT: I am 55 years old, 100% natural. No steroids! No peptides! No supplements! Just coffee, 90% carnivore diet and hard-ass work! At the age of 55, it’s safe to say, I’d Mop the Mat with that Jewish Jaw-Jacker in under 5 mins.”

“PS: He’s short. Mop handle extension required.”

And in a separate post, Venis kept the tone going, continuing to take shots while leaning into the same line of attack.

“Topping out at barely 5’11”, his Hebrew genetics ribbed him for life.”

These posts come right after his longer rant comparing their careers and drawing power, making it clear that this isn’t cooling off — it’s evolving into something more personal with each update.

At this point, Venis is no longer just defending his legacy. He’s actively trying to keep the spotlight on the feud, stacking new shots on top of his earlier claims and pushing things further every time he posts.
