The WWE Hall Of Fame was memorable for a lot of reasons. Some people will forever remember that night as when Bret Hart was tackled by a washed-up MMA fighter who was immediately taken down by a real MMA fighter at ringside. He really didn’t think that one through considering all of the shooters that were around.
After the dust settled, D-Generation X took the stage as the main event of the WWE Hall Of Fame. During that speech, Triple H and Shawn Michaels took a couple big shots at AEW while directing them at Billy Gun, but X-Pac’s speech also included something that the internet has really gravitated toward.
Last year WWE tried to hold a Fabulous Moolah Memorial Battle Royal because they already had one dedicated to Andre The Giant. Then fans realized all of the awful stuff that Moolah did in her life so they took her name off of it. If you want to know everything Moolah did just wait for the ViceLand documentary.
Now WWE just has a WrestleMania Women’s Battle Royal, but X-Pac had a great idea. He proposed that they rename the match the Chyna Memorial Battle Royal. This got a great reception from the live crowd in the Barclays Center and the IWC has to agree.
There is now a huge calling for WWE to rename this match. It only makes sense as well.
Hopefully, WWE will consider this name and maybe the 9th Wonder Of The World will be honored next year, but they always have time to change the name and whip up a graphic before the WrestleMania kickoff show tonight.
