Chris Jericho Attacks Tetsuya Naito at New Years Dash

Chris Jericho appeared at today’s NJPW New Years Dash event after the main event and attacked Tetsuya Naito.

For those not aware, Jericho and Naito had words while during media for Wrestle Kingdom 12. Naito was insulted with Jericho continually talking about being the real main event and always bringing up his “double main event” status. Jericho even called Naito a stupid idiot.

It appears that they could be building up to a match but there is no indication yet on exactly when it will take place. The match could take place as soon as the New Beginning shows at the end of this month or the next US show in March.
