The April 21 episode of NXT was a big night as the brand brought the second night of their Revenge special. The main event match did not disappoint, because fans saw a long-running storyline come to a brutal conclusion.

Sol Ruca already made her main roster debut during the April 20 episode of WWE RAW. This week on NXT, Ruca had one more match to take care of.

Zaria and Sol Ruca battled once again during the second night of NXT’s Revenge special. This time, the two threw down in a last woman standing match.

This match got started fast as Zaria snuck in behind Sol Ruca for her entrance. This didn’t throw Sol Ruca for long, as she was able to come back with a springboard corkscrew to the floor.

This match kept going in the ring after that, as they got a kendo stick involved. Zaria was able to beat the count as Sol Ruca tried to powerbomb her from the apron to the floor, but Zaria fought out of it and nailed a big boot. Zaria nailed a spear on Sol through the production set after that, but they both got to their feet in time to continue the match.

The two started fighting in the crowd as the show went to another commercial break. Then Zaria picked Sol Ruca up to send her former partner through the announce table. Sol got back to her feet in time, but then Zaria set up a table. Ruca rallied with a couple of quick moves to send Zaria to the mat outside. Ruca set up the table, and then Zaria put another table next to it.

Finally, Zaria was placed on the tables, and Sol Ruca climbed to the top of the crow’s nest. Zaria got up and followed Ruca to the top. After some drama and a Sol Snatcher from Ruca, they were both out on top of the crow’s nest. Then they traded some shots before Zaria and Ruca had a moment on top of the crow’s nest, but then the Aussie turned on her, only to send Ruca plummeting down through a table to lose the match.

Zaria won this match, and it was with a very scary fall that only broke one table. With Sol Ruca on her way to the main roster, now it’s Zaria’s time in NXT.
