The September 21, 2026 episode of Monday Night RAW will continue the build towards the Money in the Bank Premium Live Event, so fans can expect a solid show from start to finish.
Bayley vs. Lyra Valkyria
Bayley and Lyra Valkyria will finally face each other one-on-one after weeks of issues between the two. Bayley returned on the September 7 episode of RAW and cost Valkyria her Money in the Bank qualifying match by pulling the referee out of the ring before Lyra could secure the victory and then attacking her after the match. Bayley made it clear the following week that she wasn’t finished either, as she sent another direct warning to Valkyria during the September 14 episode of RAW. Now, the two will finally settle things inside the ring, so it remains to be seen who will come out on top.
Men’s and Women’s Money in the Bank Qualifying Matches: Dragon Lee vs. Solo Sikoa vs. Dominik Mysterio, Iyo Sky vs. Roxanne Perez vs. La Catalina
The road to Money in the Bank continues with another pair of qualifying matches on RAW. On the men’s side, Dragon Lee, Solo Sikoa and Dominik Mysterio will square off in a Triple Threat match, with the winner earning a spot in the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match.
Iyo Sky, Roxanne Perez and AAA Reina de Reinas Champion La Catalina will compete in the women’s qualifier. Bron Breakker and Je’Von Evans have already qualified for the men’s ladder match, while Sol Ruca and Lola Vice have secured spots on the women’s side, so two more names will be added to the field on RAW tonight.
Penta Appearance
Penta will address the WWE Universe after coming up short against Roman Reigns for the World Heavyweight Championship last week in Mexico City. Penta pushed Reigns to the limit in the September 14 RAW main event before Roman ultimately retained the title with a Superman Punch and Spear. The loss didn’t appear to hurt Penta’s standing either, as his performance against Reigns left a strong impression behind the scenes in WWE. With Penta now getting microphone time one week after the biggest match of his WWE career, fans are waiting to hear what he has to say.
LA Knight Appearance
LA Knight will also speak after inserting himself directly into the World Heavyweight Championship picture. Knight attacked Roman Reigns following his successful title defense against Penta in Mexico City, and the confrontation quickly led to WWE making their next match official.
Roman Reigns will now defend the World Heavyweight Championship against LA Knight at Money in the Bank on October 10. With Knight getting the microphone tonight and his championship match already locked in, it remains to be seen what he will have to say about Reigns before their showdown in New Orleans.
