The announcers run down the entire card for WWE Super Showdown – with no acknowledgement that the show is in Saudi Arabia. The Undertaker Vs. Goldberg is the main event, preceded by Triple H Vs. Randy Orton, Finn Balor Vs. Andrade, Braun Strowman Vs. Bobby Lasley, and a 50-man over-the-top battle royal. No women’s matches of course. Nonetheless it will either be “the equivalent to, or even exceed WrestleMania”.

It’s main event time and our first entrant is Baron Corbin.

Men’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match

Baron Corbin Vs. Finn Balor Vs. Ricochet Vs. Andrade Vs. Randy Orton Vs. Drew McIntyre Vs. Ali

The match gets underway with just seven men, seeing as Zayn was taken to hospital earlier. Orton didn’t even get into the ring before the bell rang and the brawl ensued. He did pull Ali out of the ring and back-drop him on the announce table. Finn and Ricochet knock Corbin from the ring, then look for stereo dives but Orton pulls Finn from the ring and drops him on the announce table as well. Meanwhile Ricochet does hit a dive to Andrade and Corbin. Ricochet then looks for a baseball slide to Orton but the Viper grabs him and drops him on the announce table as well. The fans are chanting his name as Orton gets into the ring and sets-up a ladder.

Orton begins climbing the ladder but in comes Andrade with a dropkick to the ladder! Corbin and Drew come in with ladders and start attacking everyone. They prop their ladders up in the corners, then Ricochet takes out Drew with a knee, and Ali dives through the ropes with a X-Factor to Corbin. Ali hits a suicide dive as Ricochet sets the ladder back-up. He and Ali begin trying to climb at the same time but keep pulling each other down. Both men are atop the ladder but get yanked down by Corbin and McIntyre. They move the ladder aside, then Corbin tosses Ali into a ladder in the corner, followed by Drew throwing Ricochet into the opposite ladder with a belly-to-belly!

Orton hangs McIntyre on the top rope, then catches Corbin with a draping DDT. He looks for the RKO to Corbin but gets shoved off and into a Claymore Kick from McIntyre. Finn comes back with an enziguiri to Corbin, then a slingblade. Finn connects with a big dropkick to Drew into a ladder, then hits a double stomp to Corbin with a ladder between. Balor grabs a smaller ladder and throws it into Drew. Finn climbs the ladder but Andrade comes in with a ladder and hits Finn with it. He then sets the ladder between the centre ladder and ropes. Andrade begins climbing the ladder in the middle of the ring, while Finn climbs above the horizontal one. Finn and Andrade battle atop the ladder, then Andrade hits a sunset flip powerbomb to the propped ladder! That was gnarly. The fans chant “yowie wowie”.

The ring gets busy again, with Ali hitting Ricochet with an inverted Frankensteiner. Ali sets the ladder up again and starts to climb but is chopped by Andrade and falls into a tree of woe from the ladder. Andrade brings in another ladder and starts climbing that one, while Ali sits-up and scales his. They’re fighting, side-by-side, across two ladders and Ali hits a Spanish Fly!

On the outside, McIntyre attacks Ali and sets a ladder across the apron and announce table. He lifts Ali above his head and attempts to drop him on said ladder but Ali lands on his feet. Corbin then grabs Ali and hits a massive chokeslam through the announce table. Corbin tosses McIntyre over the barricade, then gets into the ring and chokeslams Finn onto a ladder on its side! Corbin gets knocked from the ring and Ricochet tries to hit a suicide dive but Corbin catches him in mid-air for a Deep Six on the floor. What a showcase for Corbin. McIntyre comes back and hits Corbin with a Claymore on the floor.

Finn tries to set-up a ladder in the ring, but McIntyre comes in and throws the ladder at him. McIntyre hits Finn with a suplex onto a ladder – Finn is taking a beating. McIntyre grabs Andrade for the inverted Alabama Slam and does it onto Finn on the ladder! Ricochet returns with springboard to take out McIntyre, then he begins climbing the ladder. McIntyre pulls him down and throws him over the ropes and through the bridged ladder on the outside!

McIntyre starts climbing the ladder but Orton comes in and yanks him down and hits an RKO in mid-air! Corbin comes running back in and tosses Orton into the ring post. Corbin climbs the ladder but Ali comes back and climbs over him. Corbin pulls Ali down into a powerbomb position and runs towards the ropes but Ali hurricanrana’s him over. Ali is alone in the ring and he climbs the ladder. Ali is alone at the top when Brock Lesnar’s music hits!

Brock comes running down, shoves a ladder into a camera man, and then shoves Ali off the ladder. Lesnar then climbs the ladder and retrieves the briefcase!

Winner: Brock Lesnar

Well, now we know why this match went on last. Brock Lesnar! He sits on top of the ladder and holds the briefcase in hand. Yowie Wowie!

And that’s the end of Money In The Bank 2019! Let us know what you thought of the show and that incredible ending. And we’ll see you here tomorrow for more wrestling news and results! Until then, safe travels.
