WWE’s return to Hawaii is already getting bigger before the company even steps foot on the island.
On August 17, WWE announced that fan demand for its upcoming Hawaii return was strong enough for the company to add a second live event at Blaisdell Arena in Honolulu. The newly added show will take place on Saturday, October 17, just one night after WWE’s previously announced October 16 event. WWE made it clear that the extra date came directly from the response to its first Hawaii show.
“Due to popular demand, WWE has announced a second live event to its 2026 Hawaii Live Tour on Saturday, October 17 at Blaisdell Arena in Honolulu as part of its highly anticipated return to the Aloha State for the first time since 2019!”
That means WWE fans in Hawaii are now getting back-to-back nights of live wrestling after waiting seven years for the company to return.
The original October 16 show was already set to feature names including Seth Rollins, The Usos, Jacob Fatu, Oba Femi and Liv Morgan. WWE had also announced plans to hold a talent tryout at Blaisdell Arena ahead of the event, giving prospective wrestlers a chance to perform in front of company recruiters, coaches and executives.
Now WWE has turned what was originally a one-night comeback into a two-night Hawaii run, and the company is pointing directly at fan demand as the reason.
WWE hasn’t held a live event in Hawaii since 2019, but judging by the response to its return, fans on the island were more than ready for another one.
