WWE fans in Atlantic City got some extra action before RAW even hit the air, as WWE taped this week’s episode of Main Event ahead of the June 29 show.
Chris from NY sent word that Dragon Lee came out for the opening match, and he had Rusev waiting across the ring. The two went back and forth, with Rusev trying to shut things down by locking in his finisher.
Dragon Lee wasn’t having it. He refused to tap, forcing Rusev to stomp him in the back before going for the hold again. That turned out to be the mistake Dragon Lee needed, because he rolled Rusev up and stole the pin.
Dragon Lee picked up the win, giving the Atlantic City crowd a solid surprise before RAW officially got started.
