Uhaa Nation is officially back on the wrestling map after appearing at TNA Slammiversary, and he is already feeling the love.
After making his surprise TNA debut at Slammiversary, the former Apollo Crews took to his Instagram Stories and reacted to the response from fans. He kept it short, but the message said enough, making it clear he appreciated all the love.
“Yeah!! I appreciate all the love. #UhaaNation”
That debut was not exactly a quiet entrance either. Mustafa Ali walked into Slammiversary expecting to defend the TNA International Title against two mystery challengers, and while Rich Swann was one of them, the real shock came when Uhaa Nation hit the scene. Just like that, the former WWE Intercontinental and United States Champion was standing in a TNA ring.
The match was fast and messy in the best way, with Ali, Swann, and Nation all getting their moments. Uhaa ended up getting taken out late after being sandwiched between two steel steps, and Ali eventually pulled off the win to keep his title. Still, the bigger story may have been Nation showing up at all.
Ali left with the championship, but Uhaa Nation left with everyone talking. His Instagram reaction made it clear he noticed the support, and if Slammiversary was only the beginning, TNA may have just landed a serious new player.
