TNA Wrestling’s biggest event of the year takes place live from the Agganis Arena in Boston, Massachusetts, as Slammiversary 2026 delivers a stacked night of championship matches, bitter rivalries, and major moments from top to bottom.
Mike Santana will defend the TNA World Championship against Nic Nemeth in the night’s main event. Nemeth called his shot for the title, setting up one of the biggest matches of his TNA run, while Santana looks to continue his reign at the top of the company.
The TNA Knockouts World Championship will also be on the line as Léi Yǐng Lee defends against Xia Brookside. The former friends have been at war since Rebellion, and now their rivalry reaches a championship showdown with major personal stakes.
The TNA World Tag Team Championships will hang above the ring in a Four-Way Ladder Match featuring The System, The Hardys, The Great Hands, and The Righteous. The Hardys are getting their contractual rematch, The Righteous earned their opportunity after the Wicked Gardens Match, and The Great Hands were officially added by Director of Operations Daria Rae.
Cedric Alexander faces a massive challenge in Ultimate X as he defends the TNA X-Division Championship against Leon Slater, Mr. Elegance, Fabian Aichner, Frankie Kazarian, KC Navarro, and returning TNA legend Amazing Red. With the title suspended above the ring, this one is built for chaos.
Other matches include Mustafa Ali defending the TNA International Championship in an Open Challenge, Eddie Edwards facing Moose in a No Surrender Match, and M By Elegance and Heather By Elegance defending the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championships against Allie and Rosemary. The Countdown show will feature Mara Sadé vs. Indi Hartwell vs. Elayna Black, along with Ricky Sosa vs. Eric Young.

TNA Slammiversary Results (6/28/26): Live Match Updates and Highlights
NA opened the show with a wide shot of the arena, where there were still a lot of empty seats visible.
Eric Dunn was then introduced to sing the national anthem. Matt Rehwoldt and Tom Hannifan dedicated the show to the memory of Joe Doering. Daria Rae was introduced before the commentary team talked about the Knockouts Title match. TNA then aired a video package for Xia Brookside vs. Lei Ying Lee. They also noted that TNA Hall of Famer Traci Brooks would join them later in the show.
Gia Miller interviewed fans about the match, and all of them picked Xia Brookside. Apparently, Boston is a heel town.
Elayna Black vs. Indi Hartwell vs. Mara Sade
Indi Hartwell and Mara Sade tried to team up on Elayna Black early and knocked her out of the ring. With Black on the outside, Indi and Mara locked up and traded offense. Sade hit a Slingblade, but Black returned to break things up. Black made it clear she believes she runs TNA, then dropped Indi with a big knee strike.
Black took control from there, stomping both opponents and going for near falls. Indi eventually avoided a corner charge and hit a spinebuster, but Mara broke up the pin. Mara then hit an inverted facebuster and followed with a sit-out powerbomb on Black, only for Indi to break up the pin. Sade later sent both opponents to the floor and took them out with a pescado. Black then caught Sade with a DDT and got the pinfall.
Winner: Elayna Black
Traci Brooks then came out and announced that TNA will be introducing a Knockouts TV Title.
TNA pushed the Knockouts Tag Team Title match before airing a video package for Elijah vs. AJ Francis.
The commentary team then ran down the title matches set for later in the night. When they got to the TNA International Title, champion Mustafa Ali came out with Tasha Steelz. Daria Rae told Ali that he would still be defending the title, but Santino Marella quickly interrupted with a twist.
Marella said that while Daria had been looking for Ali’s opponent, he found one too. Since they both picked someone, Ali will now defend the International Title in a Triple Threat match. The catch is that Ali will not find out who his opponents are until match time.
Eric Young vs. Ricky Sosa
Sosa looked strong early, hitting a top-rope dropkick that sent Young to the floor. He followed with a dive over the ropes and covered Young for a two count. Sosa and Young later battled on the top rope, where Young hit a Death Valley Driver into the ring. Young covered Sosa, but only got a two count. Sosa fought back with a series of offensive moves, including a big moonsault from the top rope for a two count.
Young took control again, but missed a moonsault of his own. Sosa then hit a sit-out Michinoku Driver for another near fall. Sosa finally caught Young with his finisher, The Thunderbang, and pinned him clean.
Winner: Ricky Sosa
The ring crew began setting up the cables, confirming that the Ultimate X match will open the pay-per-view. Ace Steel then joined the commentary team to talk about tonight’s TNA Title match and predicted that Nic Nemeth would win. The countdown show closed with the clock running down to the start of the PPV.
The pay-per-view opened with the TNA roster gathered at the entrance stage for a ten-bell salute in memory of Joe Doering.
Cody Deaner then addressed the crowd and spoke about Doering’s impact. He said that if you were Joe’s friend, you were his friend for life. Deaner also talked about Doering’s passion for professional wrestling, even when it meant spending time away from his family and friends. He said Doering’s real strength was his heart. Deaner said he was lucky enough to team with Joe Doering in a TNA ring. He talked about how Joe refused to accept that his career was over after having a brain tumor removed, and said Joe proved that with true strength in your heart, you can do anything.
Deaner then said that a few weeks ago, he sat with his friend in the hospital to say goodbye. Tonight, everyone was there to say thank you. The crowd chanted, “Thank you Joe,” before Deaner said they would bring all their passion to the ring for him.
TNA X-Division Championship – Ultimate X Match: Cedric Alexander (c) vs. Leon Slater vs. Mr. Elegance vs. Fabian Aichner vs. Frankie Kazarian vs. KC Navarro vs. Amazing Red
Everyone started brawling as soon as the bell rang. Leon worked over Cedric on the floor before KC hit a pescado onto the group. Aichner followed with a big dive, and the crowd broke into a “TNA” chant.
Red and Kazarian traded shots before Red hit a dive onto everyone. Red tried to climb to the cables, but Alexander stopped him and hit a Michinoku Driver. Cedric then tried to climb, but Navarro shoved him down and crotched him on the top rope. Navarro hit a 619 on Slater and began climbing across the cables, but Slater pulled him down. They fought on the apron, where Navarro was tossed toward Aichner and caught him with a DDT.
Elegance tackled Slater on the floor and tried to climb the structure, but Aichner sent him into the steel. Several wrestlers then climbed across the cables. Alexander was knocked down and left swinging before Aichner took a hard back bump from the cables.
Kazarian and Red were pulled down and started fighting, leaving Elegance alone on the cables. He made his way across, but KC pulled him down and hit an Acid Drop. KC and Red then faced off. KC went for a Code Red, but Red escaped and hit a twisting DDT. Red followed with a Code Red of his own, then hit another one on Kazarian. Red fought his way to the top, but Slater met him in the corner and went for a superplex. Red countered and turned it into a Code Red.
Alexander then grabbed Red and slammed him onto the apron from the outside. Alexander and Kazarian battled next. Kazarian used the ropes to springboard up and grab the cables, but Aichner launched himself off the ropes and took him out with a springboard crossbody. Everyone battled in the corner until Slater hit a double-decker Blockbuster onto the group.
Red and Slater then raced across the cables toward the championship belt. They both grabbed it at the same time, but Slater was able to pull it free. Before Slater could celebrate, Cedric Alexander snatched the belt out of his hands. Since Alexander was the one standing in the ring with the title, he retained.
Winner and still X-Division Champion: Cedric Alexander
After the match, Kazarian took the mic and spoke directly to The Amazing Red. He said real recognizes real, and the fact that Red competed in an Ultimate X match was amazing. Kazarian said no one has influenced today’s wrestlers more than Amazing Red. He told Red that he had his respect forever, then asked everyone to watch the screen.
TNA then announced that The Amazing Red is the newest member of the TNA Hall of Fame. Mike Santana came out on the stage for the announcement. Red hugged Kazarian as the crowd chanted, “You deserve it.” He stayed in the ring for a long time, taking in the ovation as fans chanted, “Thank you Red.” Red now joins ODB in the TNA Hall of Fame Class of 2026.
Elijah vs. AJ Francis for the rights to Elijah’s likeness and music
Expressions came out and said he was there to represent AJ Francis. He also took shots at the crowd to get heat. Once the match started, Elijah hit Francis with a knee right away, then landed another while Francis was against the ropes. Expressions then grabbed Elijah’s leg, which allowed Francis to knock him off the apron. Francis teased a dive, but stopped short and taunted the crowd instead. That gave Elijah the opening to hit a flying forearm off the ropes.
Elijah tried to walk the ropes, but Expressions got in the way. Francis used the distraction to pull Elijah down and went for a Styles Clash. Elijah escaped, but Francis lifted him up and caught him with a big right hand. Francis then went for a powerbomb, but Elijah fought back and hit an Alabama Slam. Elijah followed with a forearm in the corner, unloaded with strikes, and hit a stunner for a two count. Francis fought back and put Elijah on the top rope. Elijah tried to walk the ropes and go for a Destroyer, but Francis caught him and hit an Alabama Slam.
Francis then hit a moonsault for a two count. The match continued until Elijah hit a tombstone piledriver, but Francis kicked out. Expressions then got in the ring, so Elijah grabbed his guitar and hit him with El Kabong. Francis used the distraction to roll up Elijah for a two count. He then hit the Styles Clash, but Elijah still kicked out. Elijah then hit the Destroyer off the ropes and got the pin.
Winner: Elijah
After the match, Elijah got his guitar back as his music played. It was hokey pro wrestling soap opera, but in the right way.
TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship: M By Elegance & Heather By Elegance (c) vs. Allie & Rosemary
Rosemary started the match with M and took control early. She worked her over on the mat and even bit her fingers while M was down. Rosemary then slammed Allie onto M before Heather tagged in and faced off with Allie.
