George Iceman’s time in TNA appears to be just about over. Unless something changes at the last minute, The Elegance Brand is about to lose its Personal Concierge.

According to PWInsider, Iceman’s current TNA contract expires early next month, and the two sides have not agreed to a new deal. TNA is reportedly already preparing to move forward without him. And there may have been a pretty obvious clue on TV.

The Elegance Brand appeared in a backstage promo on last week’s Impact on AMC without Iceman. That’s definitely unusual considering how closely he’s been attached to the group and how much of its talking he normally does.

Iceman has been around TNA for a while. He originally appeared as a backstage insider dropping news and information before getting a much bigger role in 2024 as Ash By Elegance’s Personal Concierge.

That eventually turned into The Elegance Brand, with Heather By Elegance, M By Elegance and Mr. Elegance joining the party. Iceman became one of the most recognizable parts of the whole act, usually serving as its mouthpiece. TNA even let him get physical every once in a while. Iceman made his in-ring debut at Sacrifice 2025 alongside Ash and Heather, although his main role remained outside the ring.

Now it looks like the show might actually be going on without him. PWInsider also reports that Iceman has received interest from elsewhere, so he might not be sitting around for very long once his TNA deal officially expires. There’s no word yet on who has been sniffing around.

His expected departure would also come during a pretty busy stretch for TNA’s roster. Steve Maclin, Tessa Blanchard, Eric Young, Dani Luna and Myla Grace have already moved on this year, while several more contracts are reportedly coming up over the next eight or nine weeks.

TNA President Carlos Silva recently told talent that the company plans to work on getting new deals done, but clearly that doesn’t mean everybody is sticking around. For Iceman, the writing appears to be on the wall. His contract is almost finished, TNA has already started featuring The Elegance Brand without him, and there’s apparently outside interest waiting once he becomes available.

What do you think about another potential departure as TNA continues making changes to its roster? Let us know what you think in the comments.
