Title Match Added to May 1 WWE SmackDown

WWE has added another title match to tonight’s SmackDown, stacking the show even further just hours before it goes live.

WWE announced on Twitter that the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships will be defended during the broadcast. The current champions, Paige and Brie Bella, are set to put their titles on the line against The Irresistible Forces in what could be one of the biggest matches of the night.

“The WWE Women's Tag Team Championship is on the line when the champs, Paige and Brie Bella, defend against The Irresistible Forces TONIGHT on #SmackDown!”

The added title match joins an already packed SmackDown lineup that features several major appearances and matches following the fallout from WrestleMania 42.

Here is the updated lineup for WWE SmackDown (5/1):

• Ricky Saints debut
• Jacy Jayne vs. Charlotte Flair
• Cody Rhodes to open the show
• Jacob Fatu to appear
• Sami Zayn to speak
• Paige & Brie Bella vs. The Irresistible Forces — WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Match
