Tiffany Stratton had a scary moment at the WWE Performance Center, but thankfully, it looks like she escaped without a serious neck injury.

The WWE star was live on Twitch while training on September 16 when one of her flips went badly wrong. During the session, Stratton attempted a flip from the ropes to the outside, but she didn’t get all the rotation she needed and came crashing down awkwardly.

Tiffany Stratton’s head slammed into the ring apron with a loud thud before she hit the floor, immediately grabbing her head as everyone watching held their breath. Even the person recording her asked if she was okay.

For a few tense moments, it looked like the landing could have been much worse. Stratton quickly reassured everyone that she was okay, even though she admitted the fall had shaken her up.

“I’m good. Oh my gosh. I’m okay. That was scary. I’m okay, I hit my head but we’re good.”

It wasn’t the first time Stratton has had a close call while preparing for a big match. Last year, she revealed that she nearly broke her neck the night before the 2023 NXT Stand & Deliver ladder match after a rehearsal spot went wrong. Despite that scare, she still competed in the match the following day.

This latest incident appears to have ended much better. After taking a few moments to recover from the impact, Stratton made it clear she was able to continue, easing concerns that the awkward landing had resulted in a more serious injury.

Seeing Stratton bounce right back will no doubt come as a relief to WWE fans, especially after such a frightening-looking fall. Have you ever seen a scarier training mishap at the Performance Center? Let us know in the comments.
